Scope of Application\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Refund Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Agreement&#8221;) is a supplementary agreement entered into between Alpine Trade LLC (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Company&#8221;) and users (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;Users&#8221;) who purchase goods or services through the website operated by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Website&#8221;). It has the same legal effect as the &#8220;Website Terms and Conditions&#8221;.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By submitting a refund application through the Website, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement. Matters not explicitly stipulated in this Agreement shall be governed by the &#8220;Website Terms and Conditions&#8221; and relevant laws and regulations.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Applicable Refund Scenarios\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1 Unconditional Refund\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pursuant to Article 25 of the &#8220;Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People&#8217;s Republic of China&#8221;, Users who purchase goods through the Website (excluding digital products, customized products, etc.) have the right to return the goods within seven (7) days from the date of receipt without providing any reason, provided that the following conditions are met:\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The goods are unused and unopened (except for special goods), maintaining their original quality, functionality, and packaging integrity;\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All accompanying items such as product accessories, gifts, and invoices are complete;\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The goods do not fall into the following categories that are not eligible for unconditional refund:\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) Custom-made goods for consumers;\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) Perishable and fresh goods;\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(3) Digital products such as online downloaded audio-visual products and computer software that have been unpacked by the User;\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(4) Delivered newspapers and periodicals;\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(5) Other goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature and have been confirmed by the User at the time of purchase.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2 Refund for Quality Issues\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users may apply for a refund within a reasonable period if the goods or services have the following quality problems:\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The goods do not meet relevant national quality standards or industry standards;\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The actual quality of the goods is inconsistent with the Website&#8217;s promotion, product descriptions, or physical samples;\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The goods experience performance failures, damage, or other issues under normal use conditions;\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The services are not provided in accordance with the agreed content and standards, or have serious defects.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In such cases, the User shall provide relevant supporting materials such as photos of quality problems and inspection reports, and the Company will handle the application after verification based on actual circumstances.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.3 Other Refundable Scenarios\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Company fails to ship the goods within the agreed time, and the User submits a refund application;\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The goods are lost or damaged during transportation due to reasons not attributable to the User;\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The User is unable to normally use the goods or services due to the Company&#8217;s reasons (such as product removal from shelves, service termination, etc.);\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Other circumstances where a refund is required in accordance with laws and regulations.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2.4 Non-Refundable Scenarios\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Beyond the unconditional refund period (seven days after receipt) with no quality problems of the goods;\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The goods are damaged or deteriorated due to improper use or storage by the User;\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Digital products that have been unpacked and used (such as online courses, software activation codes, etc.);\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customized exclusive goods for the User (produced in accordance with the User&#8217;s requirements);\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perishable and fresh goods that have deteriorated or expired;\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The User fails to pay the full price of the goods or related fees as agreed;\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Frequent refund applications without justifiable reasons, disrupting the normal transaction order.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Refund Application and Review Process\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1 Submission of Application\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The User shall submit a refund application through the &#8220;My Orders&#8221; page of the Website within the time limit specified for the applicable refund scenario, and fill in the reason for the refund and upload relevant supporting materials (such as photos of quality problems, logistics documents, etc.) as required.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2 Review Process\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upon receiving the refund application, the Company will complete the preliminary review within three (3) working days to verify the order information, product status, and supporting materials;\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the review is approved, the User will be notified to return the goods within the specified time limit (for scenarios requiring both refund and return of goods);\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upon receiving the returned goods, the Company will complete the acceptance and verification within seven (7) working days. If the goods are confirmed to meet the refund conditions, the refund process will be initiated;\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the review is rejected, the Company will inform the User of the reason and subsequent handling methods via in-site message or email.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3.3 Special Notes\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the User fails to return the goods in a timely manner as required or the returned goods do not meet the agreed conditions, the Company has the right to refuse the refund or process the refund after deducting the corresponding fees.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Refund Amount and Payment Method\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1 Determination of Refund Amount\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unconditional refund: The refund amount shall be the actual purchase price paid by the User, excluding shipping fees (unless otherwise agreed);\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refund for quality issues: The refund amount shall include the actual purchase price of the goods paid by the User and the shipping fees (if any). If the User has used the goods or caused partial losses, the Company will deduct the corresponding fees at its discretion based on actual circumstances;\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refund for other scenarios: The full amount actually paid by the User will be refunded (unless otherwise agreed).\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2 Refund Payment Method\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company will refund the amount to the User through the original payment method, as follows:\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Online payment (WeChat Pay, Alipay, etc.): The refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7-15 working days after the review is approved. The arrival time is subject to the rules of the payment platform;\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bank transfer: The refund will be transferred to the bank account designated by the User within 10-20 working days after the review is approved. The User shall provide accurate account information.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Bearing of Shipping Fees\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1 Unconditional Refund\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The shipping fee for returning the goods shall be borne by the User. However, if the refund is due to quality problems of the goods or the Company&#8217;s reasons, the shipping fee shall be borne by the Company.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.2 Refund for Quality Issues or Company&#8217;s Reasons\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The shipping fees for returning the goods and re-shipping (if necessary) shall be borne by the Company. The User may apply for reimbursement of the shipping fee from the Company with valid logistics documents.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Division of Responsibilities\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.1 User&#8217;s Responsibilities\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The User shall truthfully provide relevant refund information and supporting materials, and shall not provide false information to fraudulently obtain a refund;\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The User shall return the goods within the agreed time limit. Failure to return the goods within the time limit shall be deemed as waiving the refund application;\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the goods are lost or damaged during the return process due to the User&#8217;s reasons, the User shall bear the corresponding losses.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>6.2 Company&#8217;s Responsibilities\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Company shall complete the refund review and payment within the agreed time limit, and shall not intentionally delay or unreasonably refuse a legitimate refund application;\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Company shall properly keep the relevant refund information and supporting materials submitted by the User, and shall not disclose or illegally use them;\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the User suffers losses due to the Company&#8217;s review errors or improper operations, the Company shall bear the corresponding compensation liability.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Modification of the Agreement and Dispute Resolution\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.1 Modification of the Agreement\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company reserves the right to modify the content of this Agreement at any time in accordance with changes in laws and regulations or business adjustments. The modified Agreement will be posted on the Website without separate notice to the User. The User&#8217;s continued use of the Website services or submission of refund applications shall be deemed as acceptance of the modified Agreement.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.2 Dispute Resolution\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any disputes arising between the User and the Company in connection with refund matters shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people&#8217;s court having jurisdiction over the Company&#8217;s place of business, which shall be governed by the laws of the People&#8217;s Republic of China.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.
